Ingredients
- 190 g Zucchini Raw
- 30 g Tomatoes, Sun-dried
- 24 large Egg White
- 4 egg
- 90 g Peppers, Sweet, Red
- 100 g Red Onions
- 4 cups Spinach
- 1/2 cup 2% Shredded Cheddar
Directions
put it together and bake at 325 for 25 minutes
