Basically a less carb and less fat solution to this quick easy classic.
Ingredients
- 3 eggs 4 Egg Whites
- 1 Eggs
- 1 slice 100% Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
Directions
fry egg whites and add one egg yolk. toast one peice of bread and place fried egg on top. put on ketchup and eat with a fork. pretty simple, but its quick, easy, and pretty filling.
