Light orange cake.
Ingredients
- 154 g Orange
- 100 g Almonds
- 44 g Pure Cane Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Egg, Large
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Raw
Directions
Cover an orange water in water and bring to boil.... simmer for 2 hours, after it cools cut it into chunks and remove pips.
Preheat oven to gas mark 4.
Blend cooked orange with 66g of lightcane sugar (shows in ingredients as 44g of normal sugar as it has 1/3 less calories) 100g of Almonds, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, 3 eggs and 2 tbsp of lemon juice.
cook in a greased and lined cake tin for 45-60 minutes.
