A salad topped with strawberries and crab pieces in an orange pepper and thyme dressing. I love this salad :) Using half of a naval orange, pepper, and thyme as a dressing is a great way to save on the calories. Surprisingly savory

Ingredients

Directions

Put your greens in a salad bowl, put the strawberries all around and on top of the greens add your real cooked or imitation crab and or lobster (any protein for that matter I just like the way the crab tastes), squeeze one half of a naval orange all over the salad, it's liquid so it penetrates the whole salad so coat evenly. Then grind pepper or even use table pepper on the salad, I like white pepper on this too. finish with the thyme. This is a method I came up with to take out dressing it is very healthy and tasty, please enjoy :)

Often times earlier in the day, I will cut out the crab, add more berries in, remove the thyme, and remove the remnants of the squeezed orange (like in the picture)
