Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Almond Butter (freshly Ground)
- 1 cup Canadian Clover Honey
- 1 cup Quaker Oats Old-fashioned
- 2 scoop 100% Whey Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup Pecans
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a medium size mixing bowl. Refrigerate for about 60 minutes to allow ingredients to settle into the oatmeal so that you can roll into smooth balls. You can adjust the calorie content according to the size of ball you roll.
