Oriental Salad

Different salad with oriental taste.
Ingredients
- 10 g Seaweed, Agar, Dried
- 1 oz Carrot (raw)
- 1 oz Alfalfa Sprouts
- 2 tsp Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Root
- 1 tsp Blackstrap Molasses
Directions
Put some water to boil. In the meantime put the agar agar into a bowl of warm water and separate the threats. When the water boils put the agar agar inside for one minute until boils again. Drain under warm tap water. Put in a bowl, add the carrot grated, alfalfa, beetrot and pea sprouts (or any others). Mix the rest of the ingredients and add to the mix as a dressing.
