Overloaded Veggie Pizza

This was a recipe from Realage's website. I had to substitute some ingredients.
Ingredients
- 6 medium Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Yellow Bell Pepper
- 1 medium Red Onion (whole)
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Pizza Crusts 12' Round
- 4 serving - Tomato Sauce
- 2 tblsp Tapenade
- 1 tbsp Red Pesto
- 1/2 cup Mozzerella
- 3 second Canola Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven at 425degrees.
Slice onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms.
In a large non stick fry pan, spray a 2 second spray of canola oil spray.
Add sliced vegetables and saute until onions are caramelized.
Add salt to sauteed vegetables.
Mix together in a small bowl: Tapenade, red pesto, and tomato sauce.
Spray canola oil on pizza crust for 1 second.
Top with two-thirds of tomato sauce mixture.
Add the rest of the sauce to sauteed vegetables.
Top pizza with vegetable mixture and cheese.
Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
