The combination of high-antioxidant cacao and potassium-rich banana make this a sweet breakfast that’ll keep you energized. It’s also a delicious way to get picky eaters to start the morning with something nutritious.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Blend the banana, cacao, and 1/3 C. honey until thick and creamy. Set aside.
2. Mix the yogurt, oats, remaining honey and vanilla until well mixed.
3. Layer the two mixtures into your jars and let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note:
For a quick, late-night preparation, cut the bananas into chunks and freeze beforehand!

A dessert-tasting delicious breakfast. I prepared it at morning and it also works perfectly. If anyone needs Ingredients for 1 portion, here it is: -Half a banana (I used a whole) -1 and a half tbsp cacao -2 tblsp honey -1/6 cup oats (about 2 tblsp) -3 oz yogurt A bit of vanilla. PS. Just the banana, the honey and the cacao powder would work well as a pudding.
