1. In the evening, stir together the oats, milk, yogurt, and honey (or coconut nectar) in a bowl or jar until well combined. Cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.

2. In the morning, top oatmeal with the peach slices, jam, and almonds (preferably toasted). Serve cool.
