Use precut frozen fruit for an easy-to-prep parfait that bursts with flavor. Quinoa is a complete protein, and pairing it with your favorite milk makes for a very satisfying cold cereal. Both pineapple and papaya aids in digestion, and their enzymes help to create the creamy, sweet texture of this parfait.

1. Mix the quinoa flakes with the milk and honey.
2. Layer the quinoa mixture with the fruit into you jars.
3. Let sit overnight in the refrigerator.

Note:
- Use the milk of your choice: soy, almond, hemp, etc.
-Swap the honey our for maple syrup if that's what you prefer!
