Owen's Protein shake

My own recipe for protein shake
Ingredients
- 1 medium Banana
- 60 4/5 g Pvl Whey Pro Elite
- 2 tbsp Almond Butter Crunchy
- 1/2 cup Milk-1%
- 1 cup Ice
Directions
Put the banana in the blender.
Put the 2 scoops of almond butter (Whole Foods) in.
Put in the ice.
Put in the milk.
Press start.
Add ice per your taste (I like a lot of ice).
I like a lot of Ice to get a thick, cold shake. But I put most in after it starts blending.
