Soft mango sweetness pairs perfectly with firm halibut while giving a warm-weather flavor that’s available year-round.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 2

  • 3 cups Spring Mix Greens- Salad
  • 2 cups raw halibut
  • 1/4 cup mango
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 3 tbsp Shredded Coconut
  • 2 tbsp Tamari Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Onions, Green, Raw
  • 2 tbsp Nuts, macadamia nuts, raw
  • 2 tbsp Honey

DIRECTIONS

1 Pour (reduced sodium) tamari and honey over halibut cube and let marinate 5 minutes
2 Add mango, avocado, and coconut, taking care to not smash avocado
3 Place greens in a serving bowl and scoop poke mix and seaweed salad on top
4 Sprinkle macadamias and green onions over bowl
