Pancake (revised from Mom's)

A revised version of Mom's pancakes.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups 1% Milk
- 1/3 scoop Whey Protein Powder
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 egg
Directions
Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, and protein powder). Gradually add milk and egg to the dry ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Measure out a quarter cup of the mixture and pour onto a preheated frying pan. Let it sit for a few minutes, until bubbles start to form. Flip the pancake. Wait another few minutes until both sides are golden brown. Tastes great served with all natural peanut butter.
