Panko Breaded Tillapia

Crispy baked fish
Ingredients
- 16 oz Tillapia
- 1/2 cup Buttermilk-lowfat
- 1/2 cup Wheat Germ
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 tsp Table Blend Seasoning Blend
- 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
Directions
thaw fish completely. Pour Buttermilk into a small bowl. In a separate bowl combine wheat germ and breadcrumbs with seasonings. Dredge fish in buttermilk and then in breadcrumb mixture, pressing in breadcrumbs slightly for full coverage.
Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 12 minutes or until fish is cooked and flakes easily.
