Pannini, Veggie

Veggie Pannini, this is 1/2 sandwich, fairly large
Ingredients
- 2 oz Herb Foccacia Bread
- 1 3/4 slice of Tomato
- 1/4 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 100 g Portabello Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 2 tbsp Sundried Tomato Dressing
- 1 1/3 oz Gouda Cheese
- 1 oz Red Onion
- 1/8 tsp Seasoned Salt
- 1/8 tsp Fresh Oregano
Directions
Slice bread in half. Spread the tomato dressing over bread and layer all other (sliced) ingredients. Place in pannini grill and close lid for about five minutes, flipping once to check.
The seasoned salt and oregano is lightly sprinkled over the veggies
