This tropical mint smoothie tastes so refreshing that you’ll imagine you’ve been transported to a remote island paradise. Packed with vitamin C, papaya contains an enzyme called papain, which helps you break down difficult-to-digest foods, preventing inflammation and belly bloat.

1. Deseed and chop the papaya.
2. In a blender, combine the chopped papaya, Greek yogurt, milk, peppermint, honey, lime juice, and ice and blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Stir in the chia seeds, and pour into a glass. Top with a fresh mint leaf and serve.
