This is a very simple dish to make and enjoyable to eat. A healthy and lite dish to eat in the evening.

- 1 lb Pasta Secrets
- 1/3 cup Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic Clove
Directions
he first thing you want to do is decide on the pasta style you want, linguine, spaghetti, penne, or your favorite. Boil the water and cook the pasta to the desired consistency. Now here is the healthy part of the meal.
In a separate frying pan saute some garlic, as much as you can handle in a little bit o olive oil. Remember just enough to saute the garlic. After that pour what you have sauteed over the pasta and then add olive oil as needed. Not too much. Just enough to keep the pasta moist.
Remember to only use a little bit of oil to saute the garlic. By using the olive oil cold it is healthier and of course better for you.
