Pasta Figoli

Lean ground beef, bean, and vegetable soup. Tomato based.
Ingredients
pasta:- 1/2 cup Carrots
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 2 cloves Garlic Clove
- 1/2 cup Whole Grain Medium Shells
- 1/2 cup Vegetable, Zucchini
- 1/3 cup Parmesan & Romano Cheese Blends
- 1/2 cup Roma Tomato
- 5 Small Stalk (5"-7" Long)
- 3 large Carrot, Raw
- 1 medium Onion, Raw
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 2 cups Tomato Sauce
- 2 cups Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 2 cups White Kidney Beans (cannellini)
- 1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
- 6 cups Chicken Broth (canned)
- 1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
Directions
pasta: make
Brown lean ground beef, add chopped veggies to soften, then add all ingredients except for dry pasta. Let simmer 30 minutes or longer, add pasta last 20 minutes so it doesn't get mushy. Can be done in the crockpot or stovetop. The longer it simmers the more the flavors blend. Serve with whole wheat rolls.
