pasta w mushrooms

Pasta with stir fried onions, pepper and mushrooms
Ingredients
- 160 g Penne Pasta
- 1 1/2 cups Onion, Raw
- 1/2 middle size Red Pepper
- 1 1/2 cups Mushrooms
- 1/5 tbsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 4 tbsp grated parmesean cheese
- 2 Garlic Clove
- 2/5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce, Low Sodium
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Dice the onions, the garlic and the red pepper.
Stir fry them in a pan with a tbsp of olive oil.
After a while add the low sodium soy sauce.
Once they are cooked add the previously chopped mushrooms.
While you are cooking this, cook the pasta in a pot with abundant water. Once it's ready, and only then, add the salt.
Now mix everything together and add the grated cheese on top. There's a tbsp per serving!
