Pat's Turkey Salisbury Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 lb Lean Ground Turkey 93/7
- 4 tbsp Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp Sauce, Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 cloves Garlic Clove
- 1 tbsp Light Margarine
- 2 cups Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Chicken Broth-fat Free, Low Sodium
- 1/4 cup Red Wine, Dry
- 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
Directions
1. Combine turkey,2Tbs of soup mix and 1 Tbs worcerstershire sauce;mix well. Shape in 4 oval patties about 1/2" thick
2. In skillet,cook patties in hot oil over medium-high heat 3 mins or till browned;turning once Remove;set aside. In hot skillet,cook garlic in butter 30 seconds. Add mushrooms. cook and stir 5 mins or till tender. Add broth wine,tomato paste and remaining worcestershire sauce and soup mix. Stir,scraping up browned bits. Return patties to skillet;spoon sauce over.
3. Cover and cook over med-low heat for 8 mins or till patties are 160 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes.
