Patti's Oatmeal, Raisin, & Cranberry Cookies

Here's a twist on the comfort food we all know and love.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter, Unsalted
- 1/4 cup Organic Sugar - Evaporated Cane Juice
- 1 cup Organic Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Cage Free Organic Grade A Brown Egg Large
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Powder Double Acting, Gluten Free
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Spices, Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
- 1/8 tsp Cloves, Ground
- 3/4 cup Craisins'
- 3/4 cup Golden California Seedless Raisins
- 3 cups Old-fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, cream together butter, white sugar, and brown sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon; stir into the creamed mixture. Mix in oats. Mix in cranberries and raisins. Cover, and chill dough for at least one hour.
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets. Flatten each cookie with a large fork dipped in sugar.
3. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
