PB & J LaraBars

A great fruit and nut snack. Good for on the go or store for later!
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup Roasted Salted Peanuts
- 1/3 cup Dried Cherries
- 2 cups Pitted Dates
- 1 tbsp Ground Cinnamon
Directions
Place nuts in food processor and pulse until finely ground. Add in dates, cherries and cinnamon. Pulse until a clump forms in the processor. Take out the mix. Either wrap up mixture in clear wrap and refridgerate for 30 min to harden, or you can start making LaraBar balls right out of the food processor. Form quarter size balls. Baggie them up and put in fridge for later snacking.
