Breakfast smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 oz Greek Yogurt - Non-fat Plain
- 1/2 medium Banana
- 1/2 cup Frozen Sliced Peaches
- 1/2 cup Mango Chunks (frozen)
- 3 scoops Soy Protein Powder (vanilla Flavored)
- 2 oz Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
- 1 tbsp # flaxseed Oil (Average)
Directions
layer in a blender, ice, frozen mango and frozen peaches, fresh banana. Squeeze two oranges and add juice and some pulp if you feel like it. Three scoops of Gen Soy protein powder, 1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil and four onces of non fat plain Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth
