Peanut Butter And Banana Kefir Breakfast Smoothie

You can never go wrong with peanut butter and banana.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Organic Plain Kefir
- 2 tbsp Oatmeal, Dry
- 1 tbsp Skippy Creamy
- 1 tbsp Flax Seeds
- 2 tsp Seaweed, Agar
- 1/4 cup Organice Low Fat Milk 1%
- 50 1/2 g Banana, small
Directions
1.Soak the oatmeal in milk for a few minutes, or until the oatmeal softens.
2.Mix it together with the other ingredients in a blender.
3.Blend in 5-8 iced cubes depending on how you like your smoothie.
