Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins Modified

A Modified version of Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins 1 cup Quaker Oats 1/4 cup Wheat Germ/bran 1 tbps Whole Wheat Flour 1 large egg 5 egg whites 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Agave Nectar or Honey 1 tbsp Peanut Butter 1 Banana 1/4 cup blueberries 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract 1/2 Cinnamon Applesauce 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quaker Oats Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/4 cup Original Toasted Wheat Germ
- 12 tbsp Organic Egg Whites Pasteurized
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 scoop Milk Chocolate Myofusion Protein
- 1/4 tsp Calumet Doouble Acting Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar Amber
- 1 medium Bananas
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Applesauce
- 1 tbsp Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
- 1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh)
Directions
1. Put all contents into a bowl and mix together.
2. Cut banana into chunks and mix in - add blueberries
3. Put mix into muffin pan cook at 350 degrees.
4. 20 minute cooking time
