Peanut Butter Banana Protein Muffins

1 cup Quaker Oats 1/4 cup Wheat germ 1 tbsp whole wheat flour 6 egg whites 1/2 scoop whey protein powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 1 tsp no cal sweetener 1/2 tbsp peanut butter 1 banana 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup cinnamon applesauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1/4 cup Original Toasted Wheat Germ
- 18 tbsp Egg Whites
- 1/2 scoop Milk Chocolate Myofusion Protein
- 1/4 tsp Calumet Doouble Acting Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Agave Nectar Amber
- 1/2 tbsp Organic Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 medium Bananas
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Cinnamon Applesauce
Directions
1. Except the banana, add all ingredents to blender and blend.
2. Cut banana into chunks and add to blender. Mix in with a spoon.
3. Put batter into muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees.
4. Bake for 30 minutes
