nut butter banana spice multigrain oatmeal breakfast

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Hot Cereal: Oat, Rye, Wheat, Barley Meal
- 1 Banana, medium
- 3/5 g Cinnamon, Ground
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 packet Nature's Calorie-free Sweetener
- 3/4 cup Water
Directions
1) add the water to the pot bring to a simmer
2) add 1/2 the sliced banana and whip/cook in with a wooden or large spoon or paddle.
3) add cinnamon and truvia.
4) cook for 5 minutes about.
5) put in bowl
6) add other 1/2 of the banana sliced/chopped/or caramelized in the microwave and put on top(so good!)
7) measure a tbsp of unsalted organic peanut butter(almond butter, cashew butter, hazelnut butter, any nut butter of you preference) and drizzle on top or place in the center; however you like.
8) enjoy!! + add more cinnamon for good measure ;)
