Powered by mainly oats, flax and nut butter, these balls are chock-full of protein, fiber and healthy fat. Recipe + Image courtesy of Sherrie Castellano of With Food + Love.

INGREDIENTS

SERVES 16

  • 2 cups dry gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup Flax Seeds Ground
  • 2/3 cup natural peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 portion Ripe Banana
  • 1 pinch Salt, Pink, Himalayan
  • 3 tbsp Roasted Cacao Nibs

DIRECTIONS

1 Combine 1 cup oats, flax, peanut butter, maple syrup, banana and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.
2 Remove mixture from the food processor and place it into a bowl. Add in the remaining cup of oats, and cacao nibs. With your hands mix until well-combined.
3 Wash your hands to get a clean working surface. Roll the mixture into 15 even sized balls.
