Directions

1. Combine 1 cup oats, flax, peanut butter, maple syrup, banana and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.

2. Remove mixture from the food processor and place it into a bowl. Add in the remaining cup of oats, and cacao nibs. With your hands mix until well-combined.

3. Wash your hands to get a clean working surface. Roll the mixture into 15 even sized balls.
