Crunchy, nutty, seedy tasty bars for breakfast or for snacking.

Ingredients

Directions

1- Combine flour/salt/soda in small bowl
2- Combine peanut butter/agave nectar/vanilla in large bowl
3- Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix.
4- Add the seeds/nuts/coconut/raisins/flax and mix.
5- Oil an 8 X 8 inch pan
6- Get hands wet so they don't stick, and press the dough firmly into the pan.
7- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
8- Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!

These are a bit sweet, and I would love it if someone could come up with a good substitute for the liquid of the agave nectar. Also, if someone is good at redoing recipes, what would be a good way to pump up the fiber and protein?
