With raspberry’s antioxidants, pineapple’s bromelain to aid digestion and lemon’s ability to help fight fatigue, this smoothie is a delicious way to feel fantastic.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Place the raspberry, pineapple and half of the water in the blender.
2. Blend the ingredients and pour into a glass.
3. Place the banana pieces, lemon juice and the remaining water into the blender.
4. Blend and pour on top of the raspberry layer.

Notes:
Lemons have different amounts of juice in them, so adjust the water as needed to get the consistency you enjoy.
