Liz's Risotto, peas and parmesan

risotto with peas and parmesan
Ingredients
- 1 cup - Arborio Rice
- 3 tbsp Onions
- 1 tbsp Raw Sesame Seeds
- 3 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1/4 cup Green Peas
- 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
Directions
in a medium sized heavy bottomed saucepan, saute the onion and sesame seeds in butter until soft. add the rice and stir until well coated and translucent.
add the hot stock a ladle at a time and simmer. when the stock has been absorbed, add another cup, and continue in this way through the 18-20 minutes of cooking time.
stir in the peas and parmesan. serve
