Ingredients
- 2 lb Beef: Chuck (arm Pot Roast, Braised), Lean Only
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 26 pieces Fresh Baby Cut Carrots
- 4 Celery Medium Stalk (7.5 - 8")
- 5 Idaho Potato
- 12 oz Mgd 64
- 8 cups Tap Water
- 1/4 cup Worcesterchire Sauce
- 1/8 cup Chicago Steak Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Garlic & Herb
- 2 Spices, Whole Bay Leaves
Directions
chop all veggies and put into bottom of crock pot
put the meat on top frozen is fine
pour water on top
pour beer on top
put in seasonings
cover and set on low.... overnight until dinner
i usually start 9pm and have dinner by 5pm next day.
soooo goood and tender.
