Roast Brussels Sprouts

Roasted Brussels Sprouts with maple syrup/balsamic vinegar
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Brussels Sprouts, Raw
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper*
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 4 tsp Maple Syrup
- 3 tsp Balsamic Vinegar
Directions
Cut Sprouts in half, pat dry, toss in olive oil and salt and pepper. Roast at 375 on parchment for 20 minutes. Add bacon bits. Roast for another 20-25 minutes. Remove and toss with maple syrup/balsamic vinegar mix.
