Roasted Chicken, Rice and Chestnut Caserole

Easy roasted chicken caserole dish for beginners.
Ingredients
- 15 oz Roasted Lemon Pepper Whole Chicken
- 1 cup Brown Rice (cooked)
- 4 cups Cream of Chicken Soup
- 4 oz Pinot Grigio White Wine
- 24 tbsp Sour Cream
- 1 cup Canned Sliced Water Chestnuts
Directions
Warm oven to 350 degrees. Cook brown rice. While rice is cooking, skin and chop a whole roasted chicken. Stir all other ingredients (wet) together in a separate bowl. Once rice has cooked place 1 c. rice on bottom of caserole dish and top with chopped chicken. Then top with the wet ingredients. Cover dish and bake dish for 45 minutes. You may add roasted slivered almonds to the top of the dish.
