Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.

2. Toss the cabbage with the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and roast for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

3. Remove from the oven and add in the parsley and pomegranate. Toss until well combined and serve immediately.
