Romaine Salad with Pastrami and Mozzarella

Romaine salad with shreds of pastrami and low fat mozzarella cheese.
Ingredients
- 127 1/2 g Romaine Hearts
- 1/2 oz Roasted Strips Sweet
- 1/2 oz Hot Banana Pepper Rings
- 1 tbsp Canola Oil
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 piece Light String Cheese
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 2 oz Ultra-thin Pastrami
- 1/4 tsp Spices, Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Basil, Dried
Directions
Chop Romaine into bite size pieces. Chop hot peppers, sweet peppers and Pastrami into small bits; enough to get some in every bite. Pull apart string cheese in as many strips as possible to top salad. Add oil and vinegar and remaining spices then toss until well coated. (Importantly, season salad to your taste). Top with shredded string cheese and enjoy!
