Root Vegetable Casserole

A big bowl of root vegetables. Easy to find the ingredients even in winter!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Parsnips
- 2 cups Carrots, Raw/crushed
- 3 Leek
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes Original
- 1 Large Yam
- 2 cups Black Bean
- 5 g All-vegetable Bouillon
Directions
Slice all vegetables and lay in a casserole dish. Strain tomatoes and pour over top. Drain beans and add to dish. Mix well.
Dissolve vegetable boullion in 1/2 cup water and pour over top.
Cover casserole dish and bake for 1 hour.
