Roquefort Vinaigrette

Serve with salads or use for dip.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Societe Roquefort
- 1/2 tbsp Mascarpone
- 1 tsp Dijon Originale Mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 15 ml Extra Light Olive Oil
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 tsp Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Put all the ingredients except the Mascarpone cheese and the olive oil and mix in a blender. When everything is mixed add the olive oil and continue mixing till you have a cream, add the Mascarpone and keep beating till you have a softer cream. Serve with salads or use as a dip.
