Rustic Rye Crackers

Crisp whole grain crackers similar to Wasa Brod.
Ingredients
- 1 cup White Flour
- 1 cup Wheat Flour, Whole-grain
- 1 cup Rye Flour, Dark
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/3 cup Ground Rye Meal Flour
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Activedry Yeast
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Directions
Combine; Rye flour, white flour and whole grain flour with soda and salt. Put hot water in bread maker with oil. Add flour mix making a well for the yeast. Add yeast and turn bread maker on dough setting.
Once the dough has risen, divide into six pieces, covering tightly the remaining pieces as you work with one.
Roll out on a board to a thickness of 1/16 inch, flipping as you go. Place on a greased cookie sheet and and using a pizza roller-knife, score into 2" squares, not cutting through. Bake at 350° for 12 to 16 minutes until lightly browned and crisp. Cool on wire racks.
