Pesce crudo, or raw fish, from Italy inspired this stunning salmon sashimi platter. Salmon is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which promote a healthy cardiovascular system and decrease your risk of heart disease. Its also a good source of vitamin B, which is important for energy metabolism and proper nervous system function.
