Mini Vegetable Crustless Quiche

Mini Veggie Quiche In Muffin Tin
Ingredients
- 12 large Egg White
- 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, Raw
- 1/2 cup 1/2 Cup White Onions
- 1 cup Broccoli
- 3/4 tsp Cooking Spray
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt With Parsley
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Cut all veggies into small pieces. Saute in olive oil & garlic until tender. Spray cupcake tin with Pam. Equally add salmon & veggies into each tin. Sprinkle with seasoned salt & pour the whole egg beaters carton into tins. Bake at 375 for 40 min. Add cheese & broil on low until cheese melts.
