Salsa Verde White Bean Chicken Chili

Make this heartly chili recipe with salsa verde instead of green chiles for a different taste.
Ingredients
- 10 oz Bonless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 medium Yellow Onion
- 7 cups Great Northern Beans
- 1/2 cup Salsa Verde
- 1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
- 4 cups Chicken Broth (canned)
Directions
Peel and dice the onion
Dice cooked chicken
Add onioin to a heated stock pot and saute until tender.
Add chicken, chicken broth, cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
Stir to combine and simmer.
Add whatever spices you like, such as chipolte, coriander, cilantro, etc.
Add drained, washed great northern beans.
Stir and heat approximately 30 minutes.
Add monterey jack cheese.
Serve with sour cream and/or chips.
