Ingredients
- 1/4 cup 100% Liquid Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 tbsp Old Fashioned Oats
- 1/2 tbsp Unprocessed Wheat Bran
- 1/2 tsp Magic Baking Powder
- 1 oz Water
Directions
Ingredients:
1/4 cup egg substitute or egg whites
2 tbsp psyllium husks
1 tsp cream of tartar (I don’t measure.. just dump it in! LOL)
1 tsp baking powder (once again, just eyeball)
Water
Directions:
Preheat skillet to medium-high heat.
Blend together egg whites, cream of tartar, psyllium husks, and baking powder. (I use a stick-blender)
Let mixture set for about 5 minutes.
The mixture will have thickened a lot, add a couple tbsp of water to thin out.
Pour onto skillet like pancakes, let cook 5 minutes per side.
