Energy bars. Move over, Lara.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Quick Oats
- 1 cup Dry-roasted Almonds
- 1 cup Cashew Nuts
- 8 oz Dried Cherries
- 12 oz California Pitted Prunes
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
Directions
In a food processor pulse prunes and cherries several times until it resembles a paste; transfer to bowl. Pulse almonds and cashews together until chopped into small pieces; add to fruit. Stir oats and cinnamon into fruit and nut mixture and combine using your hands.
Place on a large sheet of plastic wrap, folding it over the top. Press and form into approx 8x6" square. Cut into 12 bars and individually wrap in plastic and store in refrigerator.
