A stand-by good-for-you easy-to-reheat side dish with tons of vitamins and minerals. Also a good way to use up the tops of whatever other veggies you have around.

Ingredients

Directions

Cut, clean, and sauté the greens in the oil and garlic. Salt liberally and serve. Finish with lime, red pepper, or sesame oil, if desired.

Note: I actually used carrot greens, which resemble frisee but are somewhat more bitter and stringy--delicious. Okay, I know it doesn't sound good, but try it (:
