This flavorful flat-belly drink tastes like a fresh tomato-basil gazpacho. Low in calories and packed with flavor, tomatoes provide potassium to help combat belly bloat. And because they’re rich in fiber, carrots help improve digestive health.

1. In a blender, combine the tomato, carrot, tomato and lemon juices, basil leaves, garlic, olive oil, pepper, and ice and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a glass and garnish with a basil leaf, if desired, and serve.
