Who would not want to eat Sawyer's Naked Vegan Burrito? Part of the LOST Supper series, served during the Sawyer-centric Season 6 episode RECON. A naked burrito is just a burrito without a wrapper. You add more rice instead. For this evening's dinner I used Trader Joe's Brown Rice Medley, but you can use any rice.

Ingredients

Directions

* Cook the rice and set aside.
* In an individual serving bowl, place about 3/4 cup of rice
* Add about 1/4 cup of refried beans
* Sprinkle some soy chorizo
* Top with 1 oz of Soysation cheese

* Stick the bowl in the microwave and nuke on high for one minute.
* Remove bowl from microwave and top with salsa
* Add broccoli slaw on top
* Serve immediately

Obviously you can use your favorite rice, cheese or cheese substitute, meat or meat substitute instead. The crunchy broccoli slaw (it's just shredded broccoli and carrot) gives a nice texture.
