Scallop & Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Wild Sea Scallops
- 1/2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/3 cup Pineapple, Fresh
Directions
- Combine butter, garlic, & lemon in small bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Pour into a ziplock bag.
- Cut 2 scallops in half, add to bag. Refrigerate, letting marinade for at least 30 minutes.
- On a skewer, alternate pineapple and scallops (3 pineapple chunks & 2 scallop halves per skewer).
- Place on greased tin foil on hot grill for 3-5 minutes or until scallops are cooked through.
*Be careful as they may still stick to the tin foil. The scallops fall apart very easily.
