Scrambled eggs made with milk. Egg yolk absorbs fat, so making your eggs with high-fat milk, half & half, or cream makes them better. Also, cook them in a dollop of butter or bacon fat. None of this cooking spray stuff.

Beat eggs together with half & half.

Heat butter in pan at medium-low til the milkfat cooks off (be careful not to burn it).

Pour egg mixture in to pan and stir constantly. Do not stop stirring. Cook until egg creamy with small curdles.
