Scrambled Tofu (I)

Ingredients
- 5 oz Tofu
- 1 oz Spinach
- 1 1/2 oz Carrot (raw)
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 1/2 tbsp Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/8 tsp Ground Turmeric
- 1 oz Gouda
Directions
Squeeze the tofu by hand until half its size and crumble it. Chop the spinach and put on a frying pan with a little bit of water until they are reduced and almost done (about 4 to 5 minutes), add the grated carrot and garlic powder and cook for 30 seconds more or less. Then add the tamari sauce and the turmeric and then the tofu. Stir for one minute, turn off the heat add the cheese and let it melt. Serve hot.
